That’s why, wherever possible, we will schedule the same cleaner for your service. Today, we’re breaking down all the key parts of our commitment and what happens should a team member be away.
Builds Trust and Familiarity
When booking you in, our operations manager will find the best team member that is able to satisfy all job specifications: location, service frequency, scope, date, and time. Once the perfect cleaner is identified, we’ll book your service in and they’ll be notified of a new recurring service. With time, you’ll be trust with them and they will become familiar with your home and preferences. We know the importance of building that relationship so we do our best to facilitate that and ensure happy clients and cleaners.
Why If the Team Member is Away?
Sickness, periods of leave, unplanned unavailability are all inevitable and this might impact your regularly scheduled service. If your usual team member is unable to attend, we’ll offer a few options:
Rescheduled at their next available and suitable spot
Another team member attends in their stead
If preferred, the service can be cancelled for that particular day.
Any surprise changes will be communicated with you quickly and we’ll ensure a smooth change.
Consistent Training and Handover
All our cleaners receive the same detail training which means whoever attends you home will uphold it to the same, expected standard. Additionally, we make sure handover is seamless regardless if it is a one-time change or a permanent change to the schedule. Job specific notes will be passed from the primary team member to ensure specifics are met even when they’re not available.
