Servicing

These cleans can be completed during construction or after ‘messy works’ are completed (e.g. plastering, flooring, etc). This clean will remove heavy dust, debris, render splashes, and anything else that may impede further proceedings
Completed after all trades are finished. This will involve removing rubbish and building waste from the site, as well as a thorough cleaning of floors and surfaces. This clean can be done prior to a client defect inspection.
The final thorough clean following the defect inspection and before client occupation. A deep top-to-bottom service ensuring every surface and detail is cleaned and polished. The property will be cleaned in full, ready for final handover and move-in.
Our team can visit on a recurring basis to help maintain site cleanliness and hygiene throughout the building process. This includes cleaning amenities (such as bathrooms and on-site kitchens), removing dust or debris, and maintaining a clean environment to aid in project progression.
