We provide compassionate, professional cleaning services specifically tailored to NDIS participants. The importance of a clean environment on wellbeing, independence, and health cannot be understated. Depending on the needs and requirements of the individual and home, our team will either follow our standard cleaning checklist or complete a customised service.

Our services are available on either as one-time visits or on a recurring basis. We can provide weekly, fortnightly, or monthly cleans. We operate with no lock-in contracts, ensuring you always remain in control. For those in need of higher frequency services, we offer multiple visits per week.

Regardless of the frequency, you’ll become comfort and familiar with one team member who will visit each time. We’ll pair you with one of our cleaners who is available at your desired time, date, and based in the area. We find having a specifically assigned team member works best as they’re able to build routine and confidence in the space.

Please Note: Our cleaning services are focused on sanitising your home to the highest standard. Tasks such as folding laundry, ironing, and dishwashing are offered within our housekeeping service, also available through the NDIS. These are available independently or in-conjunction with a recurring cleaning service.

- Detailed Dusting: Systematic cleaning of all furniture, shelving, and decor (including lamps and frames).
- Sanitisation: High-touch points (handles, switches, and surfaces) disinfected.
- Polishing & Floors: Mirrors polished, bins emptied, and floors vacuumed and mopped.
- General: A final check to straighten furniture, align decor, and ensure the space feels complete.
- Vanity & Mirrors: Sinks and vanities deep-cleaned, with mirrors polished and items wiped.
- Shower & Fixtures: Comprehensive scrubbing of shower glass, tiles, and tapware, plus drains cleared.
- Sanitisation & Waste: Full toilet disinfection and sanitisation of all high-touch surfaces. Bins emptied and cleaned.
- Floors: Floors vacuumed and mopped.
- General: A final check to hang towels, return moved items/decor, and ensure a comprehensive clean is complete.
- Kitchen Bench & Dining: Full benchtop disinfection and dining area cleaned.
- Appliance Finishing: Cooktops cleaned and all appliance exteriors polished.
- Cabinetry & Detailing: Cupboard fronts and handles cleaned; backsplash polished.
- Floor & Waste Management: Bins refreshed with a final floor vacuum and mop.
- General: Finishing touches to the space.
- Sanitisation: High-touch points (handles, switches, surfaces) disinfected.
- Detailed Dusting: Furniture, skirting boards, shelving, and decor.
- Polishing & Floors: Shiny surfaces polished, and floors vacuumed then mopped.
- General: Straight up of pillows, furnishings, and items for a refreshed looked.
- Sanitisation: Full benchtop disinfection and vanity items wiped.
- Appliances: Exterior of washing machine and dryers cleaned.
- Sinks: Laundry sink cleaned and polished.
